Page Turner – Podcast 185
After The Devastation, a book by Paul M Louis, is a real page turner. I am on the edge of my seat up to the very end. This is Paul’s first book yet he has written many articles and blog posts. He has an award-winning blog with our friend Kevin Miller called Two Old Liberals.
I mentioned the Compassionate Project in my podcast today, and here is the link to register for the year long course.
The podcast today is about Paul’s amazing book. Climate Change enthusiasts must read this and have discussions about the subject matter. It is awesome!
Hives Of Planet Loving Activity
Planet Loving Activity is an artform extraordinaire. The planet is our mother. The planet is our home.
Imagine planet earth spinning in the galaxy and you are watching it from afar. The blues and the greens are stunning. You think to yourself, what a paradise it must be to exist on that planet.
You think to yourself, the people who live there must be very grateful to have such a beautiful place to thrive and joyfully live out each day.
You think to yourself, if I lived there, I would be in love with every moment of my life.
As we come closer to the planet that is most beautiful, we see strife, competition, hate–I saw all of this in my most recent job sojourn – we see poverty, starvation, sadness, suffering.
Also existing side-by-side with this scenario, is spontaneity, joy, enlightenment, but most importantly Love.
But it is greed that threatens the very life on planet Earth herself.
The Karl Roves of this world make it seem like there’s nothing we can do about the environment: the rising seas, the melting of the glaciers, the extinction of so many beautiful animals.
It seems as if there are so many dire situations on this planet today, that most people are overwhelmed. Most people have no idea where to start to make the world a better place.
Some people think literacy is the most important. Others think health care must be addressed urgently. Super pacs and money in politics has created a walking time bomb in our political system, and the end of democracy as we know it appears imminent.
But If our environment here on planet earth is threatened as demonstrated by climate change in the form of violent storms, more earthquakes, more tornadoes, devastating hurricanes, tsunamis, and flooding–and human on this beautiful planet continue to deny our part in this process, refusing to take responsibility, acting as if we are victims of this worldwide phenomenon, then I would say we are doomed.
What if we become victorious instead of victims, if communities of caring people join together to solve not only environmental problems, but problems that affect us all?
What if we do these things in a spirit of camaraderie and harmony?
What if hives of Planet Loving Activity become the norm instead of the exception?
As the spirit of planet loving activity blossoms, the planet will thank us.
She will know that we are Listening.

Read Books- Podcast 182
I just received two books in the mail which I will be reading and will interview the authors within the next few weeks.
The first book is called Tantra For The West by Marc Allen. This book was written 30 years ago and is now revised in its present form. From what I have read, it looks to be an enlightening look at the new paradigms we are experiencing in the 21st Century.
The second book is called After The Devastation by Paul M Lewis. It is an apocalyptic story about how climate change finally reaches a devastating blow on humans, trees and earth and what that means to the people and all living breathing entities.
This is what today’s podcast is about.
Do Unto Yourself – Podcast 178
Another thing Jesus said was do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Let’s turn that around to: Do to yourself as you would do unto others, presupposing you love yourself, first.
The definition of self-love in the dictionary is narcissism and selfishness.
This is what the podcast today is all about.
The Next Room – Podcast 176
I am rereading Anita Moorjani’s book called Dying To Be Me. My oldest family friend is dying of cancer and either she is about to die, or she is having a near death experience.
Her father was my family doctor. He always called death as simply going into the next room.
Just like that. All of our dearly departed beloveds are constantly here for us. Yet we do not believe it. We doubt that there is such love for us, because we don’t love ourselves.
This is what this Podcast is all about.
Counting Conscious Breaths- Podcast 174
I was reviewing a podcast I did earlier on in the series and it had to do with taking 22,000 breaths a day. In reality we only breathe 18 breaths if not 16 breaths a minute, and if you actually wanted to breathe consciously you would actually be breathing 10 conscious breaths in one moment.I timed it and 10 breaths taken consciously is about right and it might even actually be eight. Time it yourself to see what it is for you.
When we slow down our breathing and we slow down our steps, it will slow down our ability to see and hear. In the process, we become different people.
And that is what this podcast is all about.
Save The Bees-And Humans, too-Podcast 173
Today is the day for anti-Monsanto rallies scheduled all over the country at the same time.I will be giving a speech at today’s rally here in my hometown of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
A few weeks ago, my husband Tom and Pearlie my dog and I took a walk in a park that we dearly love. Imagine our surprise when we got out there one morning and realized they sprayed the night before without any warning in the way of signs to tell the public about their intention to spray that area of the park.
This is what today’s podcast is all about.
LSD Induced NDE- Podcast 172
I’ve been trying to think why near-death experiences seem so familiar. I never had one and then it struck me– The mind altering substances we took when we were young induced a near death experience type consciousness.
Furthermore, the experiences we had when we were young prepared us for what we face as we age.
And that is what today’s podcast is about.
Shared Dreams- Podcast 171
Many people think their near death experiences or NDE could constitute an admission into an insane asylum.
But when somebody close to them has a similar or shared experience, it helps to alleviate anxiety surrounding the experience. Anybody who has an NDE is freed from their fear of death. If guilt or shame is associated with experiences in their lives, those feelings are also obliterated.
I picked up a book at a library sale the other day, as did my husband. When I went to the post office to mail a letter, he picked up my book and opened it up to a page that referenced the book he bought at the library sale. That not only is synchronicity, but it also is a shared dreamlike experience.
That is what today’s podcast is all about.
Mysterious Life-Podcast 170
Today’s podcast goes into more detail about a book I am reading called Consciousness Beyond Life by Dr. Pim van Lommel.
Defining consciousness is always a bit tricky and hardly anyone has been able to do it. Consciousness itself is tricky. Because you can’t see it, people make the mistake of assuming it does not exist.
I never had a near death experience per se but I did have an experience of unconditional love around the deathbed of my mother, after she died. After people have a NDE, (near death experience), they never fear death, again. If we open ourselves up to the Great Mystery, we will be rewarded with a great expanse of love and and all that transcends understanding.
The same mystery surrounding death also surrounds birth.
When you think about it, all of life is a mystery. And a miracle.
