Opening To Meditation- Podcast 213
Today’s podcast describes the importance of a meditation practice. I am reading the book, Opening To Meditation, by Diane Lang, a New World Library author. The effects of meditation may be dramatic for some, or more subtle for others. For me it has a less dramatic, but more relaxing effect. It soothes compassion burnout. It helps me want to be quiet more often and retreat into a place of solitude and reflection.
Meditation may be the most important thing any of us will ever do.

Spirit Dog Ulysses- Podcast 212
I had an awesome experience this morning surrounding an emergency drill I did at work. First of all, I did not want to go to the emergency drill. But I had an amazing what I would call peak experience, and I will never forget it.
This is what the podcast today is about.
The Source Of Agelessness- Podcast 211
What is the one thing that will cause a wonderful experience with your aging?
It is your attitude about aging that determines how long you will live and the quality of life you will have.
That is what today’s podcast is all about.
Squash Anxiety-Podcast 210
I bought an iPhone app where by Dr. Wayne Dyer has abbreviated the 81 verses from his book Change Your Thoughts Change Your Life: Living The Wisdom Of The Tao, and goes through all 81 verses in one hour- then the app starts over again.
As I wait to be called in to work, I feel myself getting anxious. So I listen to the 81 abbreviated verses, instead. Awesome!
What can you do to relieve any anxiety you may be feeling? That’s what today’s Podcast is all about.
Ageless aging- Podcast 209
Today, I give a little background on the webinar I did yesterday with Herb McCollom, Jr. It’s all about helping others, and as we help others they are often helping us in ways not always apparent.
I’ve diagnosed my computer problems from the webinar, yesterday- it is old and I need a new computer.
Here is the link to yesterday’s blog post:
And other news……..
Aging Is Ageless, If You Believe It Is
Aging As A Creative Renaissance is awesome. Herb McCollom Jr and I do a reading of a play he is working on, called “Five Nights At Hunger and Thirst.”
I tried to edit the first video, and it didn’t work. So stop it around 7 minutes and 38 seconds, and go on to the second.
It’s fun but technology, as usual, is funky. One of these days, I will conquer it!
Mechano Magic- Podcast 208
Today’s Podcast discusses the Neuro Mechano otherwise know as Mechano Magic, therapeutic massage.
I show you how to do it on my dog Pearlie and cat TS Elliot on the accompanying You Tube Videos. One video is older as I teach how to do it on my dog Ulysses, who loved it and used to beg for it.
In-Joy.
Age Your Way To Enlightenment- Podcast 207
I surprised myself today. I didn’t think I had anything to say, but this podcast says it all.
My main announcement today, is that there’s been a slight change to the webinar we are doing on Friday, called “Aging Is A Creative Renaissance.”
My husband was going to do a reading with Herb McCollom, author of “Five Nights at Hunger And Thirst,” but I will be doing the reading instead. Tom lost his voice, and that is that!
The registration for the webinar is at the end of this blog post. But today’s podcast goes deeply into rewiring our brains about aging and death.
Market Assessments and Prayer- Podcast 206
I am doing a market assessment for my Prayer Prescription book called: Prayer Prescriptions:14 Spiritual Remedies For Long Lasting Health.
All the Prayer Books on Amazon are Christian in emphasis. My book is mystical and spiritual. I will have to be creative when I finally get down to doing this task.
This Friday at 2 PM eastern, Herb McCollom JR will be doing a reading from one of his plays. I call the webinar: Aging Is A Creative Renaissance.

Real human evolution depends on spiritual tools and meaningful inquiry we apply to our exploration.
This exploration deepens as we age and wisdom becomes a way of life.
This is what today’s Podcast is all about.
