Full Moon Meditation-Podcast 286

I am grateful to have met Diana Lang and recently, have participated in her full moon meditations.

At the beginning of 2015, I made a vision board comprised almost entirely of full moons through each month of the year, while others were creating boards depicting material success.

My board was more “me” and I grew into it this year, apparently.

Prayers For Transcendence- Podcast 273

I got my computer tuned up yesterday, and now for the first time, am able to do Audello podcasts from my computer. I am in a state of pleasant shock and bliss.

Spiritual Inoculation- Podcast 264

I mentioned yesterday how I was stung by an aggressive what probably was a yellow jacket on my left knee. I did not see it, but the sting was reminiscent of past stings I’ve received. The bee was so fast and escaped my physical vision, but I felt it for three days.

I put a lot of energy and fear into the sting, which wasn’t very spiritual of me.
For instance, my knee swelled twice its size. I was completely separate from the act of loving my knee, loving the bee, loving myself.

Then I thought about receiving life-threatening diagnoses, like cancer or heart disease, and how we tend to spend a lot of time sending fear to our body instead of love, perhaps not thinking that Love would heal the illness at hand by raising our vibrational energy field.

Then Diana Lang mentioned on my Facebook page that the sting was a spiritual inoculation: which made me think of a wake up call bringing me closer to Christ Consciousness and the presence and experience of love.

Diana Lang will be on my radio show 10/21/15 and we will discuss full moon meditations which are, in themselves, a spiritual inoculation.

Diana Lang: Just Meditate

I just got off my blog talk radio show with Diana Lang, meditator per excellence!
Is anyone hooked up to Sound Cloud? Diana has hundreds of meditation sessions there which I just subscribed to, and so can you!

There is no way to meditation: Meditation is the way.

I am convinced! I am almost healed of my anxiety disorder in just a week of meditation, although I’ve been an off and on meditator since the mid 70’s. I became an initiate of Kriya Yoga through Self Realization Fellowship, in the mid 1990’s. That is what you’d call many stages of lessons over a year’s time, to finally get to the crown jewel- Kriya.

Diana is of another meditation school–just do it, any time, anywhere, everyday. 
She is awesome! I am her new fan.
